Throughout the implementation, a project manager oversees a project plan,
manages resources, and maintains and tracks the budget.
Completing a
successful Elite version upgrade requires careful planning and consideration
for potential technical and procedural changes. We have helped many firms
develop a project plan for an upgrade, which includes mapping out the stages
of the project, including a checklist of technical tasks. Some of the more
common tasks include:

scope of migrating your custom reports and custom applications to
Enterprise.

include cataloging your custom reports and applications.

Review new
system configuration and its potential impact on your custom bill formats,
and reports etc.

Provide
technical assistance during critical periods of your upgrade such as the
week you go live.
